Check your student’s folder for a reading BINGO they can complete at home. Students who complete and return their BINGO sheets by May 3rd will receive a fun Coe Reading sticker. If you need another BINGO sheet you can download it here!

Coe Cares Annual Book Drive
Coe Cares Annual Book Drive is on from Monday, April 15 through Friday, April 26. We are collecting new and gently used books for readers aged 0 to 25 benefiting Treehouse, a non-profit that provides Washington state youth in foster care and their caregivers with essential items, from books to clothes and other supplies. Students can bring books with them into school and we’ll collect our book drive books in Coe’s atrium, but if online is easier for you, Treehouse also has an online wishlist which includes books.
Coe Book Fair
We are so excited to partner once again with the local Secret Garden Books for an after-school book fair at Coe’s very own Kearns Library, next Monday April 22 to Thursday April 25. Proceeds from book fair sales help Ms. Marjorie support our library with updated books and fresh titles for our vivacious readers!
To ensure everyone gets a chance to browse and get some helpful guidance from Ms. Marjorie, there will be dedicated shopping days by grade levels, so add them to your calendar!
2nd and 3rd Grade — Monday 2:30-4:00 pm (4/22)
Kindergarten and 1st Grade — Tuesday 2:30-4:00 pm (4/23)
4th and 5th Grade — Wednesday 1:20-2:50 pm (4/24)
All Grades (for all who cannot attend earlier time slots) — Wednesday 6:00-7:30 pm (4/24)
All Grades — Thursday 2:30-4:00 pm (4/25)
