Our first Parent Education Night of the year will be held on Tuesday, February 25th from 630-8pm and will feature Dr. Katie Davis, Associate Professor at the University of Washington and Director of the UW Digital Youth Lab. Dr. Davis will present 'Navigating Digital Media: Insights for Empowered Parenting.'
In her presentation, Dr. Davis will discuss the impact of digital technologies on children's learning, development, and well-being. Drawing from her book, 'Technology's Child: Digital Media's Role in the Ages and Stages of Growing Up,' she will provide guidance on helping children make the most of their digital experiences.
The presentation will begin at 6:30pm in the Kearns Library at Coe and childcare will be provided. Please RSVP below.
